About Poornima

Poornima College of Engineering, the pioneer institute of Poornima Group, was established in 2000 to impart pragmatic technical education. 2,500 studying ten specializations of engineering (CSE, CSE (AI). AI & DS, CSE (Cyber Security, CSE (Regional Language), ECE, EE, ME, Civil & IT). About RTLA

Established in 2010, with its headquarters at Jaipur and registered under the Rajasthan Non-Trading Company Act, 1960. The Main objective of RTLA is to provide a common platform to library professionals to exchange latest updates, share new knowledge, improve the quality of Library and Information Centers and strengthen the welfare of Library Professionals. The RTLA is dedicated to the holistic development of the library profession and therefore very often various events like seminars, thought-provoking discussions, and brainstorming sessions for insights to conceptualize innovative research proposals have been usual activities under the banner of association. The association also frequently strives to organize invited lectures, and workshops for professionals and students on contemporary advancements of library sciences.

About University of Rajasthan

The University of Rajasthan is a premier institution of higher education in Rajasthan, established as “Rajputana University” on 8th January 1947. Having earned several laurels including University with Potential for Excellence and credited with 'A+' grade by the NAAC in 2025, the University has a rich history of academic brilliance, nurtured over the years by the Professors of international repute. The Department of Library and Information Science came into existence in 1960 on the recommendations of UGC Library Committee (1959) in the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Padma Shri Dr. Syed Bashiruddin was the first teacher in the department. Notable alumni of the department have worked in different prestigious institutions on various positions. Some of the alumni of the department are Dr. Jagdish Arora (Former Director, INFLIBNET), Dr. R. K. Chadda (Former Addl. Secretary, Parliament Library), Dr. Daulat Jotwani (Former Librarian, IIT Mumbai), and many more. The department offers BLIS, MLIS and Ph.D. courses.

Call for Papers:
  1. Original contributions based on practice, theoretical and empirical research, case studies, etc. are invited on the domain and sub-domains of the conference as mentioned above. All papers will go through a process of blind review by a panel of experts and accepted papers will be published in the conference volume (with ISBN). Correspondence regarding papers should be addressed to the Organizing Secretary through email [email protected].
  2. Correspondence will be made with the principal author and therefore, the name, full address, email, and all (work, home, mobile) phone numbers of the principal author should be indicated. Authors are requested to submit a brief CV (only onone paragraph) and colour photograph with the paper.
  3. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Selected high-quality papers may be published in Scopus-indexed journals (APC applicable).

Delhi International Airport is closest if a direct flight to Jaipur is available. Poornima College Engineering is approximately 13 Km from Sanganer Airport, Jaipur.

trainBy Train

Indian railways connect Jaipur to almost all major cities of the country. There are three railway stations other than the main railway station of Indian railways in Jaipur city: The PCE campus is located 22 km from the central railway station (Jaipur Junction). This campus is 14 Km from Durgapura Railway Station, 16 Km from Gandhinagar Railway Station, and 10 Km from Jagatpura Railway Station.
